There is a saying that goes 'once you've met one person with ADHD, you've met one person with ADHD'.  It affects all of us in different ways and it is this fact that means there is no 'one size fits all' solution.

I qualified as and ADHD coach after being diagnosed late in life.  I wanted to use the knowledge and experience I gained to help others come to terms with their own ADHD as I remember how confused and lost I felt after receiving a diagnosis.

With so many people still waiting for a referral to their local service and the difficulties in getting medication, people are searching for their own answers and coping in ways that only they can. â€‹

The idea of coaching means that I can create a safe space to look at how diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD is affecting your life and look at tools and activities that can help.

I offer a model of coaching that lasts six weeks at a cost of £60 per session, or £300 if paid up front. After this, you would be able to continue with regular counselling/coaching if you feel it would help.
